Supervisor’s Message – January Town Board Meeting
As the daily report shows, while the number of hospitalizations are at the same levels as last year and deaths are less frequent, the infection level is 3 times higher. Test positivity hit 20% this week and that is way underreported as most testing is now done with home kits and not reported.

At the Jaunary Meeting, we wil go through our annual reorganization and appointments. Zoom details can be had by emailing [email protected]
The New York Forward dashboard is reporting a positivity rate for Columbia County today of 14.9 percent and a seven-day average of 21.0 percent. By comparison, the daily positivity rate for the Capital Region is 17.0 percent and the seven-day average is 18.2 percent.
