If you are curious about any of these questions, join Kaare Christian of the Roe Jan Watershed Association who will give us a profile of our main waterway: of the life it supports and the condition of the water quality along this major Hudson River tributary.
Kaare Christian of Germantown founded the group which is already testing the waters of the Roeliff Jansen Kill as part of the non-profit environmental group Riverkeeper’s Water Quality Program. We will meet at the recently created conservation area off Gallatinville Road:
