The Public is hereby notified that the Town of Gallatin Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a PUBLIC HEARING- May 25, 2022 at the Town Hall6:30 PM. The purpose of this meeting is to review the application, supporting documentation and possibly make a decision on the application submitted to the Board by the following: Mr. Lou Jones 854 Jackson Corners Rd Red Hook, NY 12571 (202-1-61), he is seeking relief from section 4.3 (setback) of the Gallatin Zoning Ordinance. The applicant is proposing to build a garden shed, wood shed and deck around existing above ground pool.
