PUBLIC HEARING
The Public is hereby notified that the Town of Gallatin Zoning Board
of Appeals will hold the continuance of the PUBLIC HEARING (originally held on July 11, 2023) September 12, 2023 at the Town Hall-6:30 PM.
The purpose of this meeting is to review the application, supporting documentation and possibly make a decision on the application submitted to the Board by the following:
Mr. Sham Misir 135 Snyderville Rd. ELizaville, NY 12523 (202-1-4) is seeking relief from section 4.3 of the Gallatin Zoning Ordinance. This is for construction of a shed.
