The Town of Gallatin Comprehensive Plan Review Committee has prepared an updated draft Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Gallatin and the documents are ready for public review prior to a formal hearing.  Please visit Town Hall to view a paper copy of the draft Updated Plan or visit www.gallatin-ny.org and click the block for Comprehensive Plan Review on the home page.

 The public hearing will be held on November 17, 2022 at 7 PM. A short presentation highlighting the updated plan will be offered just prior to the opening of the hearing. You can attend in person at the Town of Gallatin, Town Hall located at 667 County Route 7, Gallatin, New York or you can attend via zoom by registering to get the invite link from the Town Clerk.

 The draft Comprehensive Plan consists of  Part 1, Part II and a map set. To register to attend the Zoom meeting, please email the Town Clerk at [email protected] by 12:00 PM November 17, 2022.  All residents, landowners and other interested parties are invited to attend the November 17th hearing.

 You can also submit written comments to the Town of Gallatin by dropping them off at the Town Hall during Town Clerk hours, mailing the Town of Gallatin at PO Box 67 Ancram, NY 12502 or emailing the Town Clerk at [email protected]. Written comments will be accepted until 4 PM on Friday November 25, 2022.
