Join the Gallatin Conservation Advisory Council on Saturday April 26th at Lake Taghkanic State Park at an interactive event where you’ll learn about Gallatin’s special forests and wetlands, the development of our Natural Resource Inventory, and why it’s important to protect the natural features in our town.
We want to hear from you – about your local knowledge and what makes your property special.
Help inform Gallatin’s conservation plans and priorities!
DETAILS:
There will be signs guiding you to the hall once you get into the park.
Parking is by the building and is an easy 1 minute walk. There are a few designated handicap spots next to the building. It is also possible to drop people off at the building.

It is looking like rain, so please come prepared for the walk to the rec hall and the hike afterwards if you are joining that.
