Plus One Accessory Dwelling Unit Program
Columbia County and the Columbia Economic Development Corporation are partnering with RUPCO, a nonprofit housing and community development organization, to administer a program that delivers grants to homeowners to help them construct accessory dwelling units. The program kicks off this Thursday (August 8) at the Columbia-Greene Community College from 6:30 to 8:00 pm. Applications will be open from that night until December 13, 2024.
