LEGAL NOTICE FOR FIRE DISTRICT ELECTION
Annual Election of Gallatin Fire District
December 9, 2025
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, THAT THE Annual Election of the Gallatin Fire
District will take place on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 between the hours of
6:00 pm and 9:00 pm at the Town of Gallatin Town Hall located at 667
County Route 7, Gallatin, NY for the purpose of electing one commissioner,
for a 5 year term, commencing January 1, 2026. All duly registered
residents of the Gallatin Fire District shall be eligible to vote. Note: By the
provisions of Town Law, Section 176(7), the Board of Fire Commissioners
has provided by resolution that the candidates for the Fire District Office
shall file their names and term with the Secretary of the Gallatin Fire
District, no later than November 19, 2025.
