New expansion of hunting regulations at Lake Taghkanic State Park. There are 2 major changes. We will now allow shotgun for BIG GAME HUNTING ONLY (Deer/Bear) (no muzzleloader due to overlap of campground season) in the northern section of our park above the campground and the front and rear entrances of the park (map attached). Fundraiser for the Hull Family July 23
Long time Gallatin resident and past Chairman of the Gallatin Fire Commissioners, Ed Hull lost his home to fire (here is the article).
Ed and Deti have three young children. A gofundme was created to help them out.
The Taghkanic Fire Co. is also organizing a fundraiser for the family this coming Saturday July 23 (see flyer attached).
