Community Stakeholders wanted for Climate Adaptation Plan
Gallatin will be creating a Climate Adaptation Plan along with Columbia County during 2023. The adaptation plan will describe the hazards and vulnerabilities our town face as a result of a changing climate.
The process of developing the plan requires input from stakeholders throughout our community, and we are looking for at least two Gallatin residents who would be willing to be Community Stakeholders and participate in some of the activities involved in developing the plan. These activities could include a couple of meetings, workshops, responding to surveys, review of the draft plan and/or develop implementation strategies.
While not essential, representatives of farming and businesses in Gallatin would be welcome.
