Are you a property owner in Columbia County looking to build an additional apartment on your property? RUPCO can help with the Plus One ADU Program!
We’re thrilled to announce that the application window for the Plus One ADU Program in Columbia County is officially open! The program can provide funds to assist low-moderate income property owners construct or rehab accessory dwelling units (ADUs).
An ADU is an additional unit on your property, either attached to your home (like a basement apartment) or detached (like a converted garage or cottage). Below is an image of possible ADU types:
GRANTS UP TO $125,000 PER HOUSEHOLD!
In order to be eligible for the program, applicants must be income-eligible and own/occupy the residence in which the ADU will be located. Vacation or second homes will not be eligible for funding. Additional eligibility requirements apply.
