New expansion of hunting regulations at Lake Taghkanic State Park. There are 2 major changes. We will now allow shotgun for BIG GAME HUNTING ONLY (Deer/Bear) (no muzzleloader due to overlap of campground season) in the northern section of our park above the campground and the front and rear entrances of the park (map attached). The exhibit chronicles the preservation of sites and traditions central to the history of the member towns, including Gallatin’s Vedder Church.
