As the daily report shows, while the number of hospitalizations are at the same levels as last year and deaths are less frequent, the infection level is 3 times higher. Columbia County Board of Supervisors  Chairman’s Press Release 249 CASES ALL-TIME PANDEMIC HIGH As of midday today, the Columbia County Department of Health had recorded 109 new cases of COVID-19 infection, with 130 on Thursday and 249 on Wednesday.
