the 4th Annual Gallatin Summer Picnic
Saturday, July 20
1 – 3 pm
@ The Farm at Pond Lily
Hosts: Manon and Ian Slome
Attendance is free
Please email [email protected] if you plan to attend.
The picnic will feature
treats from our neighbors Fat Apple Farm whose owner Eric Costello will be preparing some of the farm’s pasture-raised products on their smoker for all of us to try.
(Fat Apple is a sustainable, ethical livestock farm in our town of Gallatin, NY on Sigler Road. They believe that farming practices that treat animals with dignity and holistically restore their beautiful land also leads to delicious and healthy products for their friends, customers, and on July 20: neighbors.)
Come celebrate some of the best of what Gallatin has to offer!
