George’s Justice Hotline: A New Local Resource to Prevent Elder Abuse and Scams

At a World Elder Abuse Awareness Day event at the Hudson Area Library last Friday, a new local hotline for seniors to call with questions and for help if they believe they are being scammed or taken advantage of was announced.  The George’s Justice hotline 518-751-0207 started taking calls on Monday, June 20th.

Seniors (and area residents) are receiving many scam calls, so this is an important resource for them to help prevent scams before they happen.
