Final draft proposal for the Board’s approval for the rail trail, from Matt
Discussion of raising money to partially finance the RFP for the Conservation Area
Discussion of the NRI and feasibility of trying to launch it next year
Discussion of how to roll out educational projects to help educate the citizens about Conservation and Sustainability, with some proposals from Carol and others
